Happiness is

Having a 48 variety pack of Top Ramen at your disposal :)

And I learned that our garage has the worlds worst lighting for pictures.
I did my best to fix it on Picasa but it was a loss cause.
Thank goodness for the black and white setting.

Today I proved that

You don't have to be a goth to wear all black.
You don't even have to be Emo.
Just slightly inadequate at dressing yourself and before you know it you'll find yourself in a public place wearing all black.
It can happen folks.

People and Hair.

One of the most interesting parts about getting an new haircut is seeing the reactions of people.
There are the people who love it because they love anything new.
There are the people who love it because they love everything about you. Or say they do.
There are the people hate it because they hate everything about you.
There are the people who hate it because they hate change. So much so they refuse to look at you.
There are the people who don't notice.
There are the people who notice and don't say anything because they change their own hairstyle every week.
There are the people who can't remember if it's a new haircut or if you've had your hair the same way for the past five years.
And there are the people who give their honest opinion. Aka, the boring people.
And how do you react, in general?

Lets dance the night away

And then stop off and have ice cream on the way home and desperately search for a place to go to the bathroom (bushes will do). Oh yeah and don't forget to speed and pass a police car on the way home so we can see what happens when you get pulled over.
We don't just go to a ball.
We make a night of it ;)

"It may be possible to do without dancing entirely. Instances have been known of young people passing many, many months successively without being at any ball of any description, and no material injury accrue either to body or mind; but when a beginning is made --when the felicities of rapid motion have once been, though slightly, felt --it must be a very heavy set that does not ask for more." ~ Jane Austen
Jane Austen knew her stuff.
Already planning our next ball.

Football: Check. Rain: Check. Weird people: Check.

Saturday night Autumn and I went to the first Oregon football home game of the season.
We had fun.
The best part about watching a football game with your sister is that you don't have to act calm or normal because she already knows how weird you are and there is no need to hide it from her.
Oh, yeah and because we are supposed to be best friends or something.
It started raining halfway though the game.
I've decided the only time I like rain is at a football game.
As long as you have already eaten any food you might have gotten.
Luke told me soggy curly fries kinda lose the their amazingness.
I didn't forget to crop this picture. I wanted those guys to be in it.
Because I'm keeping this picture for evidence someday.
The guy who is sitting right behind Autumn is a thief.
During half time we got ourselves curly fries. And we put them right between us where we thought they would be safe.
They were amazing btw.
But anyways, I noticed that every time I looked down that there were much less fries then before. At first I thought that Autumn was just eating a lot. Or maybe I was eating a lot.
A few minutes passed and I noticed that fries were completely gone. I looked up just in time to see that guy putting the last one in his mouth.
HE WAS STEALING OUR FOOD.
I'm pretty sure that's a crime.
This last picture we look kinda out of it. That would be because after having to high-five the same guy after every other play for a dozen plays I got kinda tired of it. So when he put his hand up again I quickly got out my camera and pretended to be busy with taking a picture. Well, taking five pictures actually. Of the same thing.
After doing this four times in a row he got the idea.
I've never been a fan giving drunk strange guys high-fives. Just not my kinda thing.
I always knew that bringing my camera with me everywhere would come in handy some day.

The world would be a better place

If everyone had a sister like mine.

New things.

In just a few minutes I'll be leaving to go to Mapleton which is where my brothers wedding is being held.
Saturday is the wedding.
I can't wait.
But then again I can totally.
I wish life would just stay the same.
But at the same time, I'm so glad it doesn't.

I love you two so much!! And SO excited for you :)
